Box Office Summer Hours
Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm. Box office hours are extended until curtain time for evening performances. Closed Saturday & Sunday. If there is a weekend performance the Box office will open two hours prior to curtain. For your convenience, a box office window will remain open during intermission for advance purchase of tickets to future performances or for payment of valet service, minimizing wait time after a performance.

The box office is located at the western entrance to the building, 701 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach.
Ticket Purchasing Rules
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Lap tickets are available for children 12 months and younger for selected performances. There is a processing fee of 15% of total purchase with a maximum of $25 for all phone and web orders. There is no processing fee for tickets purchased at the box office window, this does not apply to subscription packages.

In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons, the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties. We cannot provide customer service notifications or refunds for tickets purchased from unauthorized sites, unauthorized ticket distributors or brokers.
Lobby doors are open approximately ninety minutes prior to the announced performance time. Theatre doors open thirty minutes prior to curtain. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.
The Kravis Center facilities are wheelchair accessible with designated seating. Audio and text display aides are also available, along with Large Print Programs. Please be sure to mention your special needs accommodations when placing your ticket order.

Bistro Teatro offers the perfect casual pre-theatre dining experience, serving light fare in our majestic Mezzanine level lobby during most Dreyfoos Hall performances. To reduce waiting time, place your bar or soft drink order prior to the performance and it will be ready and waiting for you at intermission.
Gallery & Gift Shop

Babes in Arms
Tickets are required for children of all ages. In consideration of the patrons around you and the performers on stage, children who are crying or otherwise being disruptive will be asked to leave the theatre.
Please silence all watches with alarms, beepers, cell phones, and other electronic devices prior to the performance and again after intermission. Some electronic devices – especially those with radio components – can cause interference with our performance sound system. Also, please refrain from texting during performances, as the glow from your device is distracting to those around you.

Student & Educator Rush Ticket Program
By presenting a Student or Educator ID at the Kravis Center box office one hour prior to the performance, students and educators will receive 50% of any ticket section (excluding Premium Seating and Kravis On Broadway presentations) from orchestra to rear balcony, based on availability.
Led by experienced volunteer guides, tours are available by appointment and last approximately 75 minutes. To schedule a tour, please call 561-651-4233.

The Kravis Center is conveniently located one half mile east of I-95, one-quarter mile west of U.S. Highway 1 and just down the street from Tri-Rail in downtown West Palm Beach. Situated steps away from the shops and restaurants of CityPlace and the West Palm Beach/Clematis Street Districts Trolley, we’re also minutes from museums, Worth Avenue and the Palm Beach County Convention Center.
The Kravis Center is a non-smoking facility. However, smoking is permitted outside of the building in the various public areas.
